An afternoon at the MIMAs

Jeff Knight had the privilege of presenting 16 different awards for Marketing Excellence. Ten of these awards were won by members of the Forum. At the start of the presentation, Jeff outlined that marketing was more important than ever. The mortgage market has changed dramatically in a short space of time. And will continue to do so. Marketing must adapt and will prove to be more valuable to businesses. Jeff added that marketing teams must now be the voice of the customer. They must use insights and data to shape not just their campaigns and messages, but share the knowledge to shape products and overall propositions. The Awards were a huge success and The Mortgage Marketing Forum was delighted to be involved.
